INHABIT Weekend Retreat

Salt Spring Island - 14 Mar 2025 to 16 Mar 2025
Shauna Devlin

Join me for a weekend retreat filled with movement, inquiry, connection and magic at the beautiful and tranquil Salt Spring Centre of Yoga, BC Canada. We will be nourished with delicious food, spend time on the land welcoming in Spring and explore what it is to INHABIT ourselves, our environments and nature. We will use the 5Rhythms movement practice, circle, writing, ritual and land based ceremony.

Uncover

Calgary - 11 Apr 2025 to 13 Apr 2025
Bettina Rothe

Uncover is a three-day Dance Medicine and Embodiment Immersion.

Step into a transformative journey where movement meets ancient wisdom. This workshop combines the powerful tools of conscious dance and shamanic practices to guide you on a path of self-discovery, healing, and connection to your true essence.

The teachings of the 5Rhythms® movement practice and Inner Journeys will support you in accessing a deep state of embodiment, allowing your body to express itself freely and authentically. Movement combined with breathwork becomes a language of the soul, releasing blockages, reconnecting you with your inner wisdom, and fostering a sense of vitality and presence.

Shamanic practices and simple rituals provide a sacred framework to navigate the unseen realms of consciousness. You will journey inward as well as into heart-centered community connection, uncovering layers of your being and opening towards the mystery of your life. The body does not lie and holds the library of our stories, including those of our ancestors.

Through this weekend immersion we will be gathering keys and tools, building us towards our Sunday movement ceremony where we will offer an embodied prayer for ourselves and all our relations.

Together, these modalities create a powerful alchemy that supports you in:

Uncover Your Essence: Let go of societal masks and rediscover the authentic self that lies within.

Create Wholeness: Release emotional, physical, and energetic blockages, opening pathways for transformation.

Find Alignment: Reconnect with your soul's purpose and live with greater harmony and intention.

This workshop is for anyone seeking a deeper connection with themselves, a sense of freedom, and a path to healing. No prior experience in dance or shamanic work is required—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

We look forward to embarking on this journey with you.
